📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across the United States.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, delivery times may vary.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and from time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your delivery and stay updated on its progress.

We will investigate the issue and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund to ensure you are taken care of.
