We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.

Because our products are consumable, weโ€™re unable to accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.

Certain items cannot be returned, including any tea packages that have been opened or products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if appropriate.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
