Are your teas all-natural?
Yes, our blends are made with high-quality herbal ingredients and are crafted with a focus on natural wellness and balanced flavor.

How do I prepare the tea?
For a lighter flavor, use 1 teaspoon per cup. For a stronger brew, use 1 tablespoon per cup. You can re-steep the same leaves 2–3 times.
How many servings are in one package?
Each 227g pouch makes approximately 75 to 100 servings, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.
Can I drink these teas every day?
